Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
aslam o alikum.
i was false fully involved in case of motor bike robbery under section 382ppc and challan was submitted in court with out any investigation and after confermed challan i was informed of case,
i than got confermed bail before arrest
and i put up an application to D.I.G for re investigation which was approved and inquiry was conducted by DSP who put up result to D.I.G with findings that i and my co-accused is innocent
that report through SHO is submitted in court with police papers in which we are shown innocent.
but judge sahib said i am not bound to finalize this case in the light of this case, judge said i will issue notices to applicant and he has to submit his views either this inquiry report is false or true or this is false report made by police by taking bribe.
now i want to ask suggestion what i should i do in this stage?
applicant is still saying that we are criminals we had robed his bike because they dont want that these cases should be expelled out as false cases through court applicant is afraid of reaction of these false cases...
my advocate says its process of court it will take some time
but i am govt servant and already my time has been wasted through these false cases
