Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

Assalam o Alaikum, Respected Sir..

I hope u r fit n fine. Sir, I m from JHANG and ask a question about inquest report. There is a contradiction between inquest report and FIR. In inquest report it is mentioned that the accused armed with sota, while in FIR the same accused assign main role and equipped with khanjar, the accused already punished with imprisonment for life. is there any benefit for accused in murder case in above mentioned situation while two other accused also equipped with khanjar as per inquest report and FIR but already acquitted from trial court. An early reply please. thanks
