Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

Assalam o Alaikum

Good Morning,

Dear Sir, I was a Branch Manager in one of Private Commercial Bank at Pakistan & being arrested with Cashiers and Manager Operation in criminal case. The banking court sentenced all of us but with the grace of Almighty ALLAH, the Honorable High Court acquitted all of us with remarks of benefit of doubt.

Sir, I need some legal principals, advise and previous authorities in favor of employee to reinstate them along with their back benefits, as after acquittal, I and Manager Operations submitted an applications for the same but the bank refused to do so in written reply with following reasons.

1. That the bank submitted their case in APEX court.

2. You are dismissed from bank after conducting of inquiry.

3. The Honorable High Court acquitted you in criminal case but didn't mentioned that you may be reinstate on bank job again.

Your kind reply will be highly appreciated.

Ist point is valid, but number 2 & 3 can be rebutted and you have a good case of being reinstated, but move the proper forum . Can call me on mycell 0323 4638149.
