Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

In Aug. 2011 I have submitted 2 lakhs to a agent in mumbai. I'm from delhi, i was doing my job there in mumbai. He said that will send you within 90 days in USA. but it was Sept. 2012 he didnt sent me. Again he convinced my father and my father send him 1.06 lakh for Malaysia study programe. He send me there very late. He gave me student visa and said that you can do your job with your study. I went there on 29 April 2013 and joined my job on 2nd May 2013. there was other agent who puted me in job there. On 27Th Malaysian agent came and said that college is not approving your visa due to late apply and you fee is pending. I said that my indian agent paid all this thing and he seend me late then this is not my fault..!!! but malaysian agent said that you have to go back india till 29 May 2013. I Make a call to indian agent and said all these thing. He said ki dont worry, i will manage all thing. I will extend your visa for 1 month and then again apply for student visa . i will extend your visa within 48 hours. wait. dontt come india. Again a malaysian boy came and took my passport and put me in westurn part of malaysia. and said that "here you are safe, dont wander anywhere, otherwise police will catch you. i will extend your visa and give back to you" . The place was like hell... I suppose to work there like a labor. 7 Days left. bt boy didnt came with my visa and passport. Where i was living, there manager came and said that if u will not work properly then i will through you out and beat you. I was crying there because no passport also and indian agent was saying that wait, i'm doing all these thing. On 8th day, i took taxi and again came Kuala lumpur and booked a cheap hotel for stay and tell my indian agent that if you will not give my passport then i'm going indian embassy. A boy came in my hotel and gave me my passport without stumping of visa. again i was crying that what to do. indian agent trying to stop me in Malaysia only. But next day i went immigration office and i with some difficulty i got a pass to go back India and i came back. Indian aganet was saying that within 7 days i will arrange your visa and sent you back in Malaysia, but now its 20 days and he saying that i'm working on it.... what to do.... plz help me. i;m planning to put a human trafficking case against him becz after my visa expire, he putted my that type of place.... i have there pics.... i want to take a good action against my Indian agent....he ate my USA money also... he is not giving back... what to do.. plz help me....
