Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

One of my aunt (with whom our relations are not gud), she used to have two passports, one originaly from delhi (2002-2008)and another one on our address UP state (2005-2014),(without any consent of me or my mother) dont know how she managed to get that. By the time we got to know about this which is this year 2013, she has shown us that her delhi passport has been expired and she cancled her UP passport and got an new passport on her delhi address again (2013-2021).

Further investigating this with our relatives we got to know she applied for visa from both the passports and got rejected. And she used to have one more passport on her delhi address (1997-2005),(with which she applied for visa and got rejected, destroyed the passport and got and FIR for lost of passport after which she got her another passport on delhi address (2002-2008). So altogether she has got 4 passport till now.

1. 1995-2005 (destroyed and FIR) Delhi.

2.2002-2008 (Got expired Now,cancelled) Delhi.

3. 2005-2014 (She got that cancled but that was on my address) and till 2012she was carrying no.2 and no. 3 passports.

Visa applied on all the above passports. Got rejected.

4. 2013-2021 This is now her passport.

My questions are-

1. What legal steps we can take to make this woman realise she is not above the law.

2. What sort of punishments will court gives her.

3. What all govt. Agencies do i need to inform this about her.

You need to write to the Chief Passport Officer of your area or at Regional Passport Office New Delhi giving the above information. It is an offence under the Passport Act itself. Passport office then will file a criminal complaint before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate / Chief Judicial Magistrate for punishment.
