CAN ANYBODY GET THE BAIL(JAAMIN) FOR IPC 114, 306, 498A........
my sister was dead (burns by kerosine)by her in laws.....how one can get the bail ?? after 90 days one can get the bail....so how one can get the bail before 90 days??? for unsatisfation inquiry done by local police so we can go for crime branch???
plz provide me a way to use sources effectively.....

you have to coordinate with police and appoint an advocate in local court to watch, if the accused file Bail then he will defend the case, else bail may be granted.
