Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I have given three blank cheaque in security of amount 3 lakh .The second party has himself filled amount of 4.5 lakh on one cheaque and filled a case against me under 138. They have also filled the fake amount of 3 lakh and 3.5 lakh.on the other cheaque but not yet deposited that and pressuring me by showing cheaques of 10 lakh and saying to me to make setelment in half money that is 5lakh. I have not signed any aggrement nor the amount filled in the cheaque is in my handwriting. Do I have a strong case to defend and What should I do to make those two cheaques of no use. Please help me as it is a fraud.

you can issue a legal notice to the other party not to present the other two cheque. not filling up the amount can be a defence coupled with other factors. will need to peruse the documents before any detailled advice can be given.
