Legal Question in Criminal Law in
If some body doing false case against me what can i do.
He charged me 420. I do not know that person who is done case. I doing government job. He told me i will throw you from government service. what can i do.

The onus to prove the charge under 420 is upon the prosecution that too without any reasonable doubt. If the charge sheet has been filed and the case is false, you may argue for discharge or if you good defense you may file a petition u/s 482 for quashing of case.
