Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I borrow 10 lac from my friend . and write him on a plain paper. After some time I have big loss in business. After that i have give him 4 lac. But now he claim 15 lac on me with interest. And also submit a FIR against me. Now what can I do

did you agree to pay intrest on the borrowed amount if yes at what rate. ?/The Fir wont be maintainable as the matter is of civil nature on the basis of facts narrated by you. however he can take a recourse to a civil suit.
