Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I borrow rs. 10 lacs from my friend in December 2012. I wrote him on a plain paper for 10 lacs. And for interest rs 15000 per month. I give him interest every month . I also give him 4 lac rs in year 2013. But now he claim 16 lac . rs on me by court. And also submit a FIR AGAINST me in police station. Now what can I do. This time I am in board. I am going india after 2 weeks. What I do for FIR. Can police arrest me?. I have a recording that show I give him 3 lacs rs. Now please tell me what I do against me. Can I make a FIR for false case against him.

you will first have to check the FIR and the charges levelled against you has he filed a suit for recovery against you?? he must be claiming interest on the unpaid amount.You can join investigations and also apply for anticipatory bail. for further query contact 9312411481.
