Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i borrowed money from a local financer and i had repaid all the dues but he was having my blank signed cheque he missused it and now he filed criminal suit of 138ni. act
he said in court he given mefriendly loan and also filed a civil suit for recovery
please help
