Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i borrowed from a person INR 65000 @ 10 percent interest p.m. since because of some financial problems i was unable to pay monthly interest of INR 6500 since 2 months. he came couple of days when i was not in there in my house but my father was there in bathroom and the maid servant was working. he broke down the main door and picked up 4 laptops and a smartphone. he abused and slapped my housemaid as well

complain the criminal complaint to the police. It is theft and decoity.
