Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have bought an apartment on housing loan in 2004 and got married in 2010. In 2014 I got an overseas opportunity for long term 4 years and moved to Ireland. My wife's brother took advantage of that and occupied my apartment as he was in debts ..he is hiding from the debtors in their native place. Now he is denying to vacate ..neither he is paying the rent and maintenance nor allowing me to give it to rent . When the apt management ask for the monthly maintenance he was saying them that I would pay/settle the amount... When asked about the apt he is threatening to file a dowry case/harassment against me and my family if some one tries to vacate. The major problem is my wife is supporting her brother and parents instead of supporting me and threatening to do suicide if I try to file a case or vacate her brother. I want to proceed legally on my brother in-law as the apartment is bought with my hard earned money and I am still paying the loan.
