Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
the boy and girl, who run away from home with their own wish,they both are in under 18 age. the girl parents and the boys parents has given the case the police station. if police/crime police will find them what will be the punishment

IT all would depend what is the complaint. But both being minor, the offence will have to be tried by Juvenile court for which max sentence is three years.
