Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Some boys are calling my daughter on phone with bad talks. I have complained at 1090 and at Police station by phone but no action has been taken till three days/ Finally I called, additional SP and District Magistrate (DM) office but again no action has been take. What should I do? Do I approach the court?
