Legal Question in Criminal Law in Bangladesh
My brother get acquital from a criminal case in magistrate court.complinant satisfied on this judgement and not to lodge appeal.but procecutore lodge an appeal against his acquital after one year later.we don't noticed or informed by any chance about appeal and passed above two years not to take action by court.in that situation what can we do sir?

You have not clarified all the issues here, for example what the allegation against your bother and on what ground he was acquitted. However since prosecution appealed against the judgement of the trial court therefore you must defend the claim in the appellate forum.
