Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi, my brother is charged of domestic violence by his ex girlfriend & also allegations of promised marraige and cheating and she did a court case but later compromised. Now she changed her mind and threatening him again. Can she reopen the case? Case was compromised on July 20 2016. Pls advise.
