Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My brother is in judicial custody from 15 oct 2013 in fraud cases(ipc 420,406 ,467)he is one of the 3 accused.3rd accused got anticipatory bail from high court.The second is also in judicial custody from 5 nd half month.chargesheet of my brother is not prepared.what is the possibility of getting bail nad what important steps should taken.

if chargesheet is not filed within 90 days accused is entitled for bail. Have you moved any application for bail yet?? for further query contact 9312411481

the chargesheet has to be filed in 60 days in offence under sec 420. CONTACt (#!@$!!$*!
