Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My brother is in judicial custody from 15 oct 2013 in fraud cases(ipc 420,406 ,467)he is one of the 3 accused.3rd accused got anticipatory bail from high court.The second is also in judicial custody from 5 nd half month.chargesheet of my brother is not prepared.what is the possibility of getting bail nad what important steps should taken.his anticipatory bail from HC nd regular bails are also rejected .
