my brother in law"s daughter in law has included our names also in 498 case.court has granted us a bail.we do not possess a passport but now we wish to get the pass port because my son has gone to USA and his wife is expecting and will be joining my son and we wish to be present at the time of her delivery at USA.presently both parties have agreed to take dirvoce and an agreement of this u/s 13 B PL.has been signed by both parties and RS.8.00 LAKH HAS BEEN DEPOSITED IN COURT WITH THE CONDITION THAT SHE WILL BE ABLE TO WITHDRAW THE money after withdrawal of all the cases filled by her.court has given a six month time to issued decree.we wish to apply for pass port. GUIDE US HOW WE CAN GET THE PASSPORT AND AND PERFORM OUR SOCIAL LIABILITY
