Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
We are two brother and one married sister ,last week my father expired no body intimated me about the death, and being an elder son I was deprived of performing last rites intentionally, relative told to my brother and sister to inform me, but they refused. All are living separate.Is there any law for this gruesome act they had done

1) It is a pious obligation the eldest son has to perform last rites of his father.
2) The reasons for their refusal are not mentioned. To avoid any or ur
property rights, then the matter has to be examined in entirety.
