Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Brother-in-law(brother of wife of my brother, hindi name is Sala) , suppose his name is Santosh, is very powerful physically, socially and financially. He had carried two registries of two plots bought by my father in 2009 from my house against my wish. After this after some time, he took sign of my mother on many stamp papers without giving information about matters written on stamp papers. After complaining to police, he returned one registry, but not second one.

I will say that he had carried registries and took signed by my mother by the use of physical force, but my mother can say that he had done both the tasks by her wish. My brother and his wife were with Santosh. My father is not alive.

Can a criminal case be made against Santosh? Can I claim for compensation for mental harassement due to these activities of Santosh ?

why are you harrassed by santosh?? It is your mother who should be complaining.What was the police complaint and who had filed it?? without seeing the complaint I cannot advice on the issue.If your mother supports samtosh then you have no case against him.But provide more facts.for further query contact 9312411481.
