Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi somebody called me & asking for money for which I don't know & even I don't know the person & he told that I will do police complain..if in police complain if anything does not proved then we can claim on that person or not

you may file police complaint that someone want to blackmail.

Further after it proved that the person was telling lie to get money from you then you may file any case of cheating etc.

1) Lodge Police complaint immediately the anonymous call blackmailer.

2) If the Police after investigation could identify the caller can be punished by the court.

3) U cant do what Police cant prove. What is ur query then?

If acquitted, there is no case against him. U cant do anything.
