Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My car was stolen from the parking lot where I was paying monthly chrges and issued a receipt by the watchman .When I registered my complaint , the police gave me a copy of FIR under section 154 cr.p.c . May I know if this is the correct procedure and how can I claim my compensation from the parking man as my car was 99 model and had only third party insurance.
