Legal Question in Criminal Law in

one case against my father and brother is running in ranchi.which was made bym y husband.Actly he caaled us at his place as he has filled divorce and there after we have filled transfer of that case in vadodara.fight occured between them.where by brother and hsuband was injured.fir was launched against each other.but nect day we returned.after some day we came to know that his case has gone to court and ours dont know what happened.pls suggest how to come out of this case.we are having medical report of my brother he was send for medical exmaination by police station. wahere our fir has gone.whether husnd has bribed.pls hepl my bother nad fahter.they are innocent
