Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have a case loged against three persons under section436 and 448 the had set my restaurant on fire using bottle bombs captured on the cctv. A charge heat is getting ready and one of the accused is history shetter now they want to compromise.. can this matter be compromised

one has to go through the FIR to suggest you whether the offences are compoundable or not. If they are not, High court intervention would be needed for quashing.
