Legal Question in Criminal Law in
In case of partnership firm,if the cheuqe of the Firm issued by Managing/Active partner get dishonoured.......,could a sleeping partner of the same firm be booked under 489 F( kindy note signing authority of bank account was managing partner)

In your case criminal Liability as per 489_F can not be imposed on sleeping partner but he ll be have to face civil liability .
