Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Can the cases tried by a special court established in metropolitan area be tried by another special court established subsequent to the earlier court in non-metropolitan area for the same offences by osting the powers of metropolitan area court?

1) It depends upon the enactment.
2) If two courts are making trial on the same charge, bring it to the notice of both the courts.
