Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am central govt. employee. my marriage was on 01.04.2010. after the marriage, my in-laws were staying with me. she was under treatment of poly cystic ovary syndrome from 2006. She was not willing to be pregnant . she will obey only her in-laws advice and informed to them go back to your home. on February 2013 my wife lodged a dowry harassment complaint against me in my department and she went with her in-laws. she also filed 498a, dp act, 323 in two different states ( karnataka and kerala ) on 10th may and 11 june. my parents and siblings are also accused. on june 25th karnataka police arrested me remanded on 26th. i got bail on 27th. even I was in jail my wife and her parents were staying in my official quarters . now i got one legal notice, which mentioning that they are going to file DV act.

1. can I file divorce case ?

2. How can I quash this 498a ?

3. If they are filing DV, What I do ?

how did in two different states ( karnataka and kerala ) on 10th may and 11 june./???????? Is offence occurred in both states? you may to High court for quash fir. in which dept. u r? for more Paid advice you may call on 09587744142.
