Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

Challan sheet is issued by court to accused in both cases istighasa and challan case 489f while police has declared innocent and placed accused in column 2 but judge rejected police inquiry & issued charge sheet to accused(case under trial). My question, in such situation application for forensic report should be submitted to police or court. Is there any bindling that under Pakistan law that all application for verification/forensic from Mudai should only submitted to court only. I appreciate your opinion.
