Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
We are charged u/s 135 of indian electricity act 2005 eight month back and the matter is pending before the session court of mumbai.we got a anticipatory bail from the court as the offence is compoundable so we are ready to compound it so we request to transfer the matter to lok adalat but judge dismissed the request saying charge sheet not filed so what can i do right now???

1) Without filing the charge-sheet u cannot get the case transferred.
2) Discuss with Discom Co if they are ready to close criminal case.
Pay the penalty as compounded to get the case be closed.
