Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I was charged U/Ss 323/325/379/307 IPC between State Vs Individual. The Magistrate acquitted me under section 235(1) Cr.PC on 6th July, 2015. Now the State will prefer an appeal even on 15th October, 2015. Please offer your opinion.

Dear client as u r acquitted by try court then u will be also get acquitted by higher court. Donot worry
