Under what charges a person can be booked if he uses counterfiet key in the bank locker .
The locker is in joint name of A and B. A is having original key and B operates abd steals the property by counterfiet key

Lodge FIR with Police immediately. Framing charges is the duty of Police based on evidences not urs.
