A Chartered accountancy qualified personnel working in the capacity of Group Financial Advisor( also an employee) is being explored to be framed in an MPID matter of a pvt ltd company
Kindly advise as to how we can refrain the police misusing MPID act for framing any charge against us
I worked as an employee though had a designation tag of Group Financial Advisor

Police merely investigate the matter and submit its report and it court who after considering the police report frame the charge and thus, police does not frame any charge. Consult with details. Sidharth 9811776422
