Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I was chased by guys in a swift and they followed my car for about half an hour and followed me till the house. I got the car number and filed an FIR , Can I withdraw the FIR? The men who chased me, were all adults but at no point did they try to speak to me, they followed me around. The case I'd being proceeded to the court and I don't want that happening. Also, if it goes to court can I request for punishment for the said. From Gurgaon.
