Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

I have been cheated and looted by some persons of African country Burkina Faso. They have received quite a big amount in piecemeal from me through Western Union. How can i sue them? is it possible to get back my money from them?

Move an application to FIA

provide them every details

wait for response from FIA

otherwise you can file a writ petition after a lapse of reasonable time against

FIA , if they don't work
