Check bounce because fund is not sufficient

Dear client if cheque is bounce for insufficient fund then party has issue notice to other party through lawyer and have to ask refund of money within 30 days from cheque bounce date. If other party not refund money then have to file case under sec 138 of n i act. For any legal help call me
