Cheque Bounce Case - Demand Notice 15 days period starts from the cheque bounce date or from the date on which I have received back the bounced cheque with Memo.

Date of receipt of dishonoured cheque from bank.
Period to issue Notice is 30 days and period to be given to drawer of cheque is 15 days.
