Is the cheque bounce case under law 138 bailable or non-bailable. How can the money can be recovered thru' this case?

it is a bailable offence.If the accused is willing to compromise it is your luck if he decides to contest then it is dependant on the outcome of the case. For recovery of money you shpould file a civil case also.
