if the cheque is bounced once which the party has given to us can we proceed for 138 of ni.act ?

Dear client party can start process under sec 138 of n i act. First issue notice through lawyer and ask defaulter to pay amount within 30 days from cheque bounce date. If he will not pay money after service of notice then file case in court. For any legal help call me
