Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

a cheque has bounced and I have served the notice to the party's residential address. but now he is not living there but his parents are there. he is somewhere with his wife. I have also send a copy to his wife's government school where she works. what will happen if the notice is received both by his parents and wife? and also if both returned with a tag party not accepted? please inform me. in such case what shall I do?

if that is the last known address and you manage to serve his wife I think that should be accepted as a service.
