Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
a cheque was bounced.three notices were send,2 in the party's permanent address and one to his wife's govt school. all three returned with a tag addressee moved, left india and refused to accept. now what will I do? shall I serve the notice though e-mail? will the court accept the case? please help.

refused to accept is a deemed service please file your complaint on the basis of that notice hope the complaint does not become time barred.for further query contact 9312411481.

The service needs to be done by Hague service if the country he moved to is the signatory to the Hague convention you may also take court's permission to serve through private services . There is also services like courier etc.
