Legal Question in Criminal Law in
my cheque is present in kotak mohindra bank & send for clearing to bank of indore by kotak mohindra & cheque is dishonoured by bank of indore, kotak mohindra bank by swieft courrior delivered to wrong address to cheque issuer person & by kotak mahindra issue me a none payment certificate by bank of indore and i put case 138 in the court but till date case is not mainable remarks by bank but still panding help me for which class my case is success in the courts
