Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I had given a Cheque of Rs 12150 as advance to owner but he threw me out of his house resulting I made a stop payment now the owner has filed a case of 138 & 420 what do I do now

Hi sir, have u made any rental agreement or lease agreement ?, if yes, you have to take defence as 'you have to give the said cheque for the security purpose for the house owner for the house'.... and you denied the legal debt ....best of luck... if any help please call me on mobile phone which is mentioned in the Lawguru.com website ...
