Legal Question in Criminal Law in
Cheque of 1st January, 2011 presented to bank and dishonoured. Is there any limitation of time on lodging of FIR after the date the cheque was dishonoured?

3 year after Cheque is dishonored
but I advice if u want to wait for some time then send him a legal notice first. and after 15 days lodge the FIR.
