Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
some one use my cheuqe without my sign in fraud, and frauder are in jail but police saying me you are also suspect in case even i didnot give the report about cheuqe that the cheque was stolen which stoled my cheque that lived with me 5 years ago and now he after 5 years he used my cheque with another person sign

as the stolen cheque was used after 5 years and you cannot be presumed to file a police report without suspicion. you are at the most negligent but criminal liability, to my mind, does not arise.
