Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am a US citizen living in USA. My father in law (US citizen) destroyed my life and after I filed police reports in USA, he ran away to India. Now he is going around defaming me in front of my India relatives and threatening to get me arrested and trapped in false cases in India if and when I visit india. My wife and I have terminated our relationship with my in laws 4years ago but he continues to remain a threat. How do I handle this situation? How to find if I have FIRs against me or court cases?
