Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
combined Land is divided between two cousin. At the time of partition both are satisfied with partition boundary but now one brother is misaligned the centre line and capturing others land by force.what action should take legally

This is a case of encroachment. Please specify the state you are from. In some state like Gujarat, there is like Mamlatdar Court Act, which is a summary procedure, for removing encroachment on the private lands. I am not aware about states. If the encroachment is already done, then you need to file a civil suit for trespassing and removal of encroachment. Also you can file a Criminal Complaint for illegal trespass.
