Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Company director is committed fraud and case is filed under IPC 420. While taking the statement of accountant police telling to accountant we will issue you non bailable warrant. Accountant is not authorized person of the company. Police can put him in jail for investigation? Please advice

Issuing bailable or non-bailable warrant is not power of a police.
