Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

please let me know if a company has filed 138 matter and earlier AR of the company have been replaced by a new AR and a new evidence on affidavit have been submitted aftre completiion of Summnoing process than what would be the relevant question that may be asked by the Advocate of the other party to cross examine the New Ar of my company.
